LtCol Jeff Kilgren

LtCol Jeff Kilgren US Army Retired joins The Patriot Cause.  He was born and raised in Indiana.  He attended college and joined the ROTC.  Like many leaders and volunteers, he was introduced to the Convention of States via video watching Mark Levin.  He eventually became a staff member of COS as an Assistant Regional Director.
