This happened in Tampa, Military in the streets.
I don't think this to be a drill. They wouldn't drill with public right
next to what ever was going on. Boots on the ground, air support,
amphibious support on the water.
This takes a very coordinated effort to place public at that much risk.
They were doing arrest or taking people or ET's out.
