Ontario Science Centre layoffs begin with 50 food service workers days after closure

Job losses have already begun just days after the Ontario Science Centre was suddenly closed by the provincial government.

But there are also fears Wednesday, that this shut down will have an impact on Ontarians for years to come.

As Global’s Sean O’Shea reports, those voicing their concerns are deeply connected to the science centre. Among them, architects at the firm that originally designed the historic building – workers who are willing to work on repairing the building’s collapsing roof, for free.
