The 3 main herbs that came through to me were:

MUGWORT ( I took an organic tea form) - The Sacral Chakra/ Womb Chakra.
For The Feminine this will help with MOTHER or DIVINE MOTHER energies and help clear any psychic interference from "fear based" energies around The Divine Feminine
For Men- I would say this would bring up MOTHER ISSUES and help illuminate past relationships and their energy attachments. Sometimes, in order to clear chords we have to "relive" the energies of that chord to clear it finally and for it to leave gracefully.

MUGWORT HELPS CLEAR PSYHIC MANIPULATION.

Milk Thistle ( I took tincture from local Chemist Warehouse .. tsk tsk probably better to get one from an apothecary )
Milk Thistle helps clear any FEAR or PSYCHIC ANXIETY around reclaiming your space, and helps eliminate energies that wish to "impose" upon you, even subconsciously. Psychic and The Solar Plexus Chakra and STRENGTHENING Psychic Boundaries/ Aura with peace, clarity.

Nutmeg WARMS the sacral and "pushes open" feminine energy and swirls the feminine energy out of slumber ( of course- a good home chai with double the amount of nutmeg ) , with these three herbs I saw emphasis of the heart space and inner peace and warming return after my solar plexus had reclaimed its stance!
