These Exercises are great for beginner exercisers or for those who have just completed knee rehab with a PT.
To strengthen the knees, we need to strengthen the muscles that support the knee, mainly the Quadriceps, Hamstrings and glutes. These exercises target those muscles.
Plus balance work for stability for ankles, knees, hips and core.
Go at your own pace and listen to your body.
Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise or diet program.

Sit to Stand
Leg Extension
Leg Curl
Supported Back Lunge (maybe advance depending on where you are in your journey skip this exercise if need be)
Hinge
Glute Bridge
Clam Shells
