After being detained in Calgary by Canada Border Services after a speaking event Tommy was left in legal limbo. He was forced to hand in his passport and sign into a police station three days a week, and that was WITHOUT being charged. This situation blew up because it was pretty evident the Canadian government did not want Tommy speaking there at all.
