CCP Sued Mr. Guo Through PAX in 2017 in Retaliation for His Whistleblowing on Voice of America

06/27/2024 Aila on Wayne Dupree Podcast @waynedupreeshow: PAX filed a lawsuit against Mr. Guo the day before April 19, 2017. April 19 was the day when the CCP issued a red warrant for his arrest and when Mr. Guo decided to make his first appearance on Voice of America to publicly oppose the Chinese Communist Party. It can be seen that the CCP has long been using legal warfare to retaliate against Mr. Guo’s live broadcast.
