Playing the new Middle East LOL Server!

What's it going to take to CLIMB TO THE TOP and be super grand-something or the new League server? I have no idea and I will probably never find out.

...UNLESS I spend a whole bunch of time and energy talking to players and learning the game from the bottom up! Then I MIGHT understand half of what happens during the average competitive League of Legends match.
