Update and some background

Sorry about the delay in getting this update out but it is still painful trying to talk. I also included what happened and why I have not been making content in the past (the gap in content on my channels). I would like to thank everyone who has been continuing to follow my channels on the different platforms and hope you stick around for more when I am recovered enough to start making content again.
