“The End of Chevron Deference” - Video Summary

The Supreme Court ruled this week to end the practice of Chevron Deference in a 6 - 3 ruling. Though this was criticized as a ruling that will create chaos, it is actually a ruling that will restore the balance between the Executive and Legislative branches and restore the rule of law by eliminating rules that are subject to political interpretation of whatever administration is in power.
