Compass Magnet Motor Feedback with Nema17 and Accelstepper

With feedback the compass magnet motor accelerates to about 60 RPM quickly.
This is a potentially very efficient type of electric motor. In principle it could use a permanent magnet stator that was located some distance from the armature and still leverage the effect of the magnets doing some of the work.

Note: We falsely claim in this video that the motor is especially efficient because the stepper motor only turns the magnets which weigh less then the armature which is turned by the magnets. This should be taken with a grain of salt since the magnet is doing no more work than what the stepper motor puts into it to turn it opposing Earth's magnetic field.
