Cars Burst into Flames in Downtown LA at Street Takeover Event

In a chaotic "Street Takeover" event in downtown Los Angeles, multiple vehicles burst into flames after 400-500 people blocked off the street. The incident occurred around 3am at the intersection of 18th and Main streets, where about 50 cars were present.
