Hey everyone!
I wanted to take a moment to introduce you to Lightmare, a new song I finished recently but wrote a few months ago.

This song tells the story of a young boy and young girl, who lived their lives the same way every day.
With no desire to look for anything more than what they already had.
The two of them were both emotionally empty, blind to sight, and mentally lost. But knew which path they wanted to continue... or did they?

After a while, something struck them from within, motivating them to want something more, to look, to learn, and to feel.
But they didn't know how to until they chose to find how to.
Thus, resulting in a future of being alone, but alone together.
Staying isolated from all things and people that wanted to harm them, to keep them emotionally empty, blind to sight, and mentally confused.

As the song says, you don't live along the path the world charts for you, but rather the one you were born on. You will grow, and see a beautiful 'before' and 'after'.
