Myranna Episode 12

Last session our group found themselves in an abandoned village where they decided to rest up before continuing on. Only one problem though, the giant mutant tree called a moonflower that attacked them after only enough time to get a short rest.
After dispatching the eldritch bloom, they had to book it as the sounds of battle had drawn the attention of more of the Darklanders. They ran, following Nickolai's map all the way until they reached a cave entrance in the middle of a bowl canyon.
As they tried to run into the cave, a barrier of darkness stopped them, so with no other option they turned to fight. They did not have to fight alone however, considering that as the Darklanders approached, black Kobolds appeared and assisted the party with the defense.
