The scariest ride - Grandfather Mountain

The scariest ride - Grandfather Mountain is located a few miles off the Blueridge Parkway. With its winding road and consecutive switchbacks, it made this ride the scariest ride for me to date. The view is beautiful. I felt accomplished in the end, but was in tears by the time we got to the top. I was extremely nervous about coming back down but was assured it would be allot easier...and it was.

This was day 6 of our 21-day second honeymoon trip. During this section of the trip, we were traveling down the Blueridge Parkway. This was a suggestion from some new friends we made camping along the way.

We have met some really cool people and made some new friends along the way through camping and bunk a biker. Lots of people have commented on our bikes and out set up. Trust me we did allot of research.
