This video is a start to finish modding tutorial of Fallout 4 Next-Gen with a fresh install from Steam. Some file locations may be different but the general procedure should apply to the other versions of the game. Sorry the video ran a little long but I wanted to get the whole process in one spot! I have a basic Bodyslide tutorial included but if you dont use Bodyslide you can skip that chapter.
