Fried zucchini!

Friends, it’s so delicious that I couldn’t take the plate out into the yard to make a good video on a wooden table. I ate zucchini next to the stove. This is awesome!!!! The most delicious summer dish. Perhaps it’s tastier than shawarma :) I'm giving you a treat, friends.

I'm glad the pheasants didn't eat all the zucchini in the garden and I was able to bring home 4 of them. Zucchini is fried in sunflower oil and then sprinkled with spices and filled with mayonnaise. This is delicious!

But most importantly, nature gives us a large harvest of zucchini. This is a good event in our rural life. Zucchini is the cheapest vegetable in our area.
