This chapter touches base upon some of the previous characters in the last few chapters, like, The Professor, Thomas Paine and the Unknown men behind Francis Bacon. This chapter shines light on another unknown man that spoke with such divine like authority, that the words heard drove the men in the room to rush and sign the Declaration of Independence, as if their very lives were to be taken in the next moment's notice. When the men all turned to thank the speaker, the man was gone.
