In the wake of the apocalypse, an extraterrestrial infestation known as Stardust has taken over, corrupting humans, animals, and vegetation alike. As a Meta-Human, you are immune to this plague and can harness Stardust's powers. Set off on a solitary quest or team up with others to fight, build, and discover. Amidst the anarchy, you are the last bastion of hope. Finding yourself in an alien environment, you must brace for nature's severity, from ferocious beasts to scarce sustenance. The reach of Stardust is vast, permeating the earth and waters. Ingesting infected food or drinking polluted water diminishes your Sanity, and as Sanity fades, so too does your maximum HP. The dilemma of survival poses a stark choice: to eat, or not to eat.
