Supreme Court Drops Bombshell Ruling | Beyond the Headlines

In a stunning 6-3 decision, the US Supreme Court granted President Trump limited immunity from criminal prosecution for actions taken while in office.

Justice Clarence Thomas, concurring, blasted the appointment of the Special Counsel, questioning its constitutional validity. “A private citizen cannot criminally prosecute anyone, let alone a former President,” Thomas argued.
