1978 Eagles at Giants

Runs 3:38 | With 31 seconds left, the Giants were leading 17-12 and had the ball on their own 29 yard line.  Giants QB Joe Pisarcik needed only to take a knee and the game would be over.  Rather than take that knee, Pisarcik tried to hand the ball off to Larry Csonka. The handoff was fumbled and Eagles lineman Herman Edwards picked the football up and ran into the endzone as the Giants players and coaches looked on with shock and disbelief. Eagles win 19-17.
