Days after entering Downing Street, the UK's new prime minister will attend a NATO summit in Washing-ton, followed by hosting the European Community Summit at Blenheim Palace. Despite a domestically focused election, the UK PM will quickly face global challenges, including Middle East and Ukraine conflicts, US political instability, European division, and Chinese threats.
