How Street Fighter Explains Globalization | Deep Thoughts While Gaming
With the release of Capcom's Street Fighter 6 beta, it's worth looking back at the game that launched the series—Street Fighter 2 The World Warrior. And politicians in the West responded by setting up a new world economic order devoted to one principle above all others: competition. On this Deep Thoughts While Gaming, we look at how the Street Fighter series was inspired by, or perhaps inspired Globalization and the neoliberal movement.
