ROBERT KENNEDY JR: “Somebody Else” Is Making Joe Biden's Decisions

Kennedy suggests Biden's mental decline has gotten so bad that he's likely "unaware" of denying him Secret Service protection five times.

With a 40-year history with Biden, Kennedy can't believe Biden would make such a decision, knowing "what happened to my dad."

"I believe there's somebody else behind these decisions," Kennedy said. "Some anonymous man in a lanyard, sitting with his feet up on the desk at the Oval Office, saying, 'I'm the real president.' Nobody knows about it, but there's somebody else making these decisions."
