Snow-in-Summer

This flower has many names. Dusty Miller, Jerusalem Star, Snow plant, Wooley. The flower does not grow in our garden. And on the street.

It seems to me that when gardening, we should plant this flower in our garden. But this can be done in the fall or next spring. Nature has made it so that plants cannot be transplanted into open ground in the summer.
