Jericho’s School For The Deaf

In 1997, a class action was launched by former students of the Jericho School For The Deaf where over 350 students were sexually abused. The B.C. Government paid out $12.5 million as a result.

In 1996, The West Point Grey Academy was started & began occupying the 1960s constructed buildings formerly known as the Jericho’s School For The Deaf.
