Why didn't I know this zucchini recipe before?! 😍 Incredibly tasty baked courgettes!

INGREDIENTS:
3 courgettes
Minced meat 500g
1 onion
Breadcrumbs 70g
Parmesan 40g
Salt and pepper
1 egg
Fresh parsley
1 small red pepper
Olive oil
Cherry tomatoes 100g

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 35-40 minutes!
