Trump is NOT a convicted felon

This is going to BLOW YOUR MIND.... but legally speaking, he makes the point that Trump is NOT a convicted felon.

Why? Because he argues that"final judgement IS NOT entered until the point of sentencing".

And here's the thing - thanks to this week's SCOTUS ruling, he will likely NEVER get sentenced... meaning there would be no "final verdict"!

And this is even before it's tossed on appeal!
