What’s the difference in paperwork entering thru the River w/o an appt or coming thru CBP1 app?

What’s the difference in documentation when it comes to entering thru the Rio Grande River without an appointment or coming thru a port of entry via CBP1 app?

The answer: there is no difference. Illegal is illegal. I have the receipts!!

I read on camera 🎥 the docs from Luis Alequandro who entered via CBP1. His documents are the exact same forms any other illegal that entered thru the river or unfinished wall !!
