Casper Leitch in the 1991 Smoked Marijuana Study at UCLA

Casper Leitch was the first person to ever be recorded smoking a legal cannabis joint provided by the United States government at the 1991 UCLA Smoked Marijuana Study.

Jack Herer, Casper's boss at the time, helped to arrange for him to be part of this study. This video roll-in was intended to be used in the segment featuring Dr. Tim Leary.
