In the last days, there is prophesied to be an increase in knowledge. If we are in the last days, as I believe we are, then we should see the fulfillment of this truth. Whether of good or evil, knowledge is increasing and bringing humanity and the church closer to its ultimate destiny: the judgment. In this series, I plan to discuss ways in which knowledge is increasing by examples in the Word of God.

Takeaway:
Paul mentions the latter times and departing from the faith. This will be due to deception by seducing spirits. It’s no accident the word is seducing… wandering, misleading, deceiving. Both Paul and Timothy were well aware of the mess that came to the world by the fallen angels taking women as wives. This would have been a part of their thoughts as they viewed the role of a woman in childbearing. They were also well aware of what Christ said about the days of Noah. The Nephilim will appear again as the fallen angels bring to fruition their deception to seduce mankind into taking the mark of the beast.
