WHO'S THE BEST CONTEST PREP COACH?🤔

Hello everyone and welcome back to Muscle Central on YouTube. Today we'll take a look at contest prep coaches and who's the best coach out there now.

These days, everyone is using a prep coach. There are more than a handful out there but who's the best? Is there a coach that stands out above the rest?

A coach can be very helpful in a few ways. Besides the obvious, you want someone that is not gonna blow smoke up your butt. Be straight on how you look.

As far as a best coach, when it comes down the elite athletes, similar results would have occurred no matter how the athlete and prep coach are interchanged. It's not that difficult to have success with a genetically gifted athlete.

So to answer the question, is it the coach, the athlete or a combination of both. Watch this video to find out what I think about this.
