Hate Speech or Freedom of Speech?

Retired school trustee, Barry Neufeld (Chilliwack, B.C.) was called before a human rights tribunal to defend himself from a charge of hate speech, for stating, "people who transition children are guilty of child abuse." Following the daylong hearing (July 4, 2024) Barry and his friend Kari Simpson discussed the charge and the tribunal hearing.
