"Depression Sucks!"💙

In response to one of my social media posts recently someone just replied with a simple phrase depression sucks and they're right it does. 💙

Depression is horrible, horrible, horrible and it's really useful for me to see reminders like that because that reminds me of my motivation which is to help people heal from depression because quite simply depression sucks. 💙
