2. Method: It uses a sentence completion exercise where participants start sentences with "Right now I'm feeling..." and then narrate their current emotions. This process enhances emotional awareness and intimacy.

3. Role of Leader and Participant: The leader shares his feelings, while the participant listens, takes notes, and reflects back the emotions to ensure accurate understanding. Roles are then switched for mutual sharing.

4. Simplicity and Effectiveness: The workshop is simple, taking only about 10 minutes, and requires no extensive preparation. It encourages frequent practice for ongoing emotional transformation and deeper connections.
