Always get your social service appointments in writing, so that when they try and make you feel like an idiot for showing up on the correct date and time you can prove to them it wasn’t your fault when they tell you that you got the date and time wrong. Speaking of forgetfulness, a viewer reminded me of how I did lose my wallet, not once, but three times.
