Cop Stalk Tactic "Suspicion Of A Weapon"

Is it unusual to have 9-10 officers on duty on an early Saturday morning in Kona Hawaii? Is it unusual for 9-10 officers come to one false stop? I believe it is. This is a freemason scare tactic imho. I've been stopped on the mainland for this same harassment, under false pretenses. And a friend of mine has as well, again, a false accusation/stop. I have been followed daily for months now on Hawaii. Met with sirens wherever I go. These harassments began in NJ in 2019, after I started digging up on and posting online about several known conspiracies. I am alone, therefore I am an easy target/prey for these masonic/satanic predators. Towards the end of the video, note the shorter female cop nodding her head in affirmation before the radio confirmation even came through.
