The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) has been acting as a salesman for SRM geoengineering (chemtrails). They’ve been acting as a public relations firm for DEATH. Since at least 2004, in probably about 30 documented examples, the CFR has consistently been at the forefront of advocating for the spraying of massive amounts of substances from aircraft.
