Does VSP collects more ticket revenue for Accomack And Northampton Counties than the county collects in taxes? Confirm or Deny?

Story - Rt 13 is littered with VSP that pull drivers over to the point where it’s 3-4 drivers across the street from each other. The counties collects hundreds of thousands from drivers that do not understand the Speed Zones are way out of date. So? That means they collect revenue on purpose. I am just shedding light on this. #bribes #VSP
