5 Ways People With Depression May Act!💙

Five things that people with depression do while in a relationship that may seem confusing if you're on the receiving end. 💙

Number one, we'll appear to be distant as if we're disconnected and we don't care about the relationship. 💙

Number two, we'll be reluctant to go out. It's not that we don't want to go out with you or we don't want to be seen out with you. It's because we don't want to leave the house because the house is the position of comfort and is where we feel safe and secure. 💙

Number three, we really don't want advice. We kind of would appreciate support and assistance but not advice. Telling people with depression what to do is really ineffective in helping them. 💙

Number four, our frustration tolerance is lower. So little things that wouldn't normally bother us can be exceptionally irritating. 💙

And number five, we're not likely to show happiness or joy or excitement. Even if something marvelous has happened to you and you can't wait to share it with us!💙
