Klaus & company in the World Economic Forum (WEF) are strongly advocating on personal Authencity. For me, that's the green light to be the most authentic version of myself. They suggest compromise and adaptability in lieu of authencity. Beliefs and values are hindrances to being a model employee or neighbor in their convoluted theory. Check it out
