You’ve filed your small claims against the Liberal Ministers who acted above their lawful authority when they invoked the Emergencies Act. So, what’s next? Now you must serve your claim to each of the defendants!

According to the rules of civil procedure for small claims you are required to serve the defendant within 6 months of filing, so for those of you who served in February of this year you have until August to serve.
