Welcome to Unveiling The Truth, everybody. In today's podcast I am discussing the abuse and neglect of Winterbourne View that took place in May 2011. An undercover reporter, Joe Casey, went undercover as a support worker exposing the systematic abuse that took place at Winterbourne View. This was a Panorama investigation that was shown on the BBC. I know that it is the BBC but that does not mean the footage showing the abuse did not take place. It took place, it was brutal and was not dealt appropriately, especially by the authorities and those in power - AGAIN.
