He admitted the reviewers/workers only look at 3 exemplars (examples of signatures) & they are the most recent in the file. If the first signature they review matches the signature on the Ballot Affidavit Envelope, that is determined to be a successful match & it is accepted.

The LAW (ARS 16-550 (A) states the signature ON the Registration Record is required to be used to compare to the signature on the envelope (The ORIGINAL signature of the Voter at the time they REGISTERED to vote).
