This is a quick announcement video for the Month of July, 2024. Lunch Bytes will be taking a short break for the rest of the month of July. We will return to our regular schedule on August 6th, 2024 with a new line up of guests and great mental health topics. We look forward to seeing you all on that first week of August and hope everyone had a great July. Enjoy the summer and we'll see you soon!
