Andres Tarnava Trial Verdict

After the state rested this morning, the defense again waived their opening statement and called one witness before resting. Both sides presented their closing arguments and the jury started their deliberations. They deliberate around an hour before delivering their verdict.

Andres Tarnava is accused of unaliving, dismembering, and burning Marisol Klingelhofer on April 26, 2021, in Bexar County, Texas. Tarnava accused Klingelhoffer of stealing items from his father, who passed away. He was arrested on May 28, 2021, and investigators said he confessed to committing the crime.
