Steak bites - from beef top round

Top round is an inexpensive cut that is not tender… at all. So knowing what to do with it, makes a huge difference. They’re perfect for these steak bites.

Side note: I would have used fresh garlic if I’d had any. Garlic powder chars easily but, well…

I also made roulade, stir fry, amongst other dishes with the top round, which you will eventually come across when I post them.
