INGREDIENTS : (makes 13-15)
400 gms chicken mince
1tsp Salt
1tsp Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
half tsp ltalian seasoning
half tsp Parsley/coriander
Half cup Breadcrumbs
1 tsp Cornflour
1 tsp Garlic paste
3-4 Jalapeños chopped

For SAUCE:
2 tbsp Butter
half cup Chilli sauce or ketchup
1 tsp Hot sauce
half tsp light Soy sauce
half tsp Chilli flakes
1 tsp Parsley /coriander
2 tbsp Orange-juice (or use 1 tbsp sugar)
Sesame seeds to garnish

METHOD:

In the chicken mince, add all the spices,breadcrumbs,cornflour,garlic paste,jalapeños and mix well.Grease your hands and shape balls without cracks. Fry them for 10-12 minutes at medium heat, flip in between until golden and done

In a pan add butter, along with all the sauce and spices mentioned above. Simmer for 2 min, add in the chicken balls, coat them well, sprinkle sesame seeds, enjoy with rice or noodles.

You can bake and airfry chicken balls at 200C and cook for 17-18 minutes. Flip in between and spray some oil for a nice finish.
