Lamar Johnson Hearing Day Four

Today, Lamar Johnson takes the stand. He has maintained his innocence since the incident happened in October 1994. Once he is finished testifying the state will call their first witness, Det. Nickerson. He is the detective who investigated the murder of Marcus Boyd.

Lamar Johnson was found guilty and sentenced to life in the murder of Marcus Boyd in July 1995. The judge will decide if Mr. Johnson's guilty verdict should be vacated and give Mr. Johnson his freedom or keep Mr. Johnson in prison.
