Lamar Johnson FInal Day

Today, we wrap up Mr. Johnson's hearings and hear the judge's decision.

We start by finishing Det. Nickerson's testimony. We watched the first part of his testimony on Wednesday. During his testimony, we watched Judge Mason aggressively question him about how Mr. Elking picked Lamar from a photo lineup. He also asked Det. Nickerson how the photo lineup was assembled, and what Mr. Elking told him about any physical characteristics he saw of the two assailants while the crime was being committed.

After nearly 30 years will Lamar be set free or sent back to prison for the rest of his life?
